Ah yes, Donald throwing yet another of his sycophants under the bus to save his own ass. Trump has a Looooong history of doing that, as all narcissists do. "I barely know the guy. Anything he did in Ukraine he did it on his own, I never told him to do it." lol
All of these Trump cultists are going to find out the hard way that Trump only cares about TRUMP (as if they didn't already know that). He would throw his own family and the entire country to the wolves if it will save himself. I have no pity for any of the idiots. You sell your soul to a lying con artist with a long history of corruption and criminality you should expect to get fucked. Hope they all get burned and wind up in prison. And - hopefully - they will turn on the Orange Turd and start singing.

I don't have a problem with this. It's no big deal. This reeks of people going out of their way to criticize Trump which is completely unnecessary. There are tons of legitimate things about which to criticize him.

Well, myself, I have a problem with it. This is the POTUS portraying himself the way a 10 yr. old would. JMO, no biggie.
Some folks in America like to say "we are better than this". As long as Donald is "King" you will never be considered better. Again, JMO.

I don't have a problem with this. It's no big deal. This reeks of people going out of their way to criticize Trump which is completely unnecessary. There are tons of legitimate things about which to criticize him. It is a very small thing. But it is one of a million other very small things this fucktwit has done over the last 3 years that, added together, greatly diminish the office of the Presidency of the United States. By itself - not a huge deal. Added together, these all add up to chipping away, bit by bit, at the decorum and honor that we expect in our Presidents - or used to. It normalizes this type of behavior from a person that should comport him/herself in a more dignified fashion than a 6th grader on Facebook. One of the things Trump cultists LOVE about him is his middle-finger to the "establishment," which they take to mean some kind of old, outmoded, outdated brand of government. Unfortunately, they think this also means the rule of law, the Constitution, any- and everything that has gone before. Honor. Dignity. Honesty. Intelligence. Facts. Ethics - fuck 'em all, they say. And they love these kinds of tweets from their Leader, because they feel it is yet another middle finger to the "old way." Fuck it. So I beg to disagree - it DOES matter when the President normalizes yet more disgusting, immature behavior like this, that I'd expect to see in an elementary student but not from the office-holder of the most powerful human being on the planet.

The Attorney General of the U.S. suggests in a public speech that communities that protest against police could lose police protection: Barr Says Communities That Don't Respect Police Could Lose ProtectionReally not all that far away from an authoritarian state here folks. Between Trump and the Rethuglicans' middle finger to the Constitution, and the rampant corruption across all levels of the Federal Government under Rethuglican rule, combined with Barr's using the Justice Dept. to protect Trump and push authoritarian ideals instead of defending the rule of law - not very far at all.

Stephen King ✔ @stephenking I get a kick out of the Republicans saying impeachment is an effort to overturn the will of the American people when Hilary beat the dumbbell by 3 million votes. He won because of the antiquated electoral college, a 2-mule wagon in a jet plane world.

Regardless, if the Trump administration really understood the dynamics of Iraq, it might have anticipated a move like the attack on the Embassy. Administration officials might have worked more closely with the Iraq government to think through the best way forward. Instead, in essence, Trump walked into Iran’s trap.
Three years into his presidency, Donald Trump owns the events and outcomes in Iraq and Iran, as he does in North Korea, Afghanistan, Venezuela, the Middle East, Russia, China and Hong Kong. Having diminished our State Department, intelligence agencies and military, the very institutions that could have helped him construct an effective national security and foreign policy, he is now on his own. He may like it that way, but a change in his secretary of state’s travel plans won’t be enough to save the day, let alone the decade.

Very well stated. However, I have no doubts that Trump and the Rethugs will somehow make all of his foreign policy failures the fault of the Democrats/"Deep State"/Libtard Snowflakes/Obama/Hillary/insert-your-foil-here.
